  • "Aerick has completed many projects for me in my former and current home. The work he did in my former home helped me to prepare it for sale. He replaced flooring, did work on walls and areas of ceiling that needed to be replaced due to age. He removed and replaced two bathtub/showers as well as removed an old bathroom sink with counter and cabinet and installed a brand new one. Aerick also rebuilt my back deck that provided an area to grill and sit along with stairs leading down to the ground level. He leveled areas of my yard for me. This all allowed me to make a better profit when my home sold. In my current home he has removed and replaced ceiling above one of my bathroom shower/tub as well as part of the wall due to moisture damage and age. He also replaced light fixtures in two bathrooms and installed light/fan/bluetooth speaker in one of the bathrooms. Aerick also repaired a pipe that sprung a hot water leak in my shower stall wall. He replaced the shower fixtures with new ones. He also repaired and replaced the wall that had to be opened to make the repair. He’s done so much work for me I can’t list it all in is this review.
